Nathan Sussex

Native South Wales. Nathan has a warm and sincere voice with natural gravitas.

Nathan is best known for playing the role of series regular Buster Smith in Hollyoaks on Channel 4, for which he won Soap Villain of the Year at the 2019 British Soap Awards. Since his time in Hollyoaks Nathan has appeared in Casualty (BBC) and plays the role of Pete Burrows in IT’S A SIN for Channel 4/HBO. Nathan has also been seen in episodes of EMMERDALE, DOCTORS, DA VINCI’s DEMONS & CORONATION STREET.

Nathan’s soft Welsh lilt has been used for many campaigns across the global radio network having voiced commercials for Heart & Capital FM, he has also voiced TV trails across all BBC Wales platforms. Nathan’s voice has been used for several documentaries for ITV Wales and many corporate films including VIRGIN TRAINS, SOFA SOFA & DELOITTE.
