A Bit About Me

Cal-I Jonel is a Creative Artist based in London.

After a 10-year career in education as a secondary school teacher and middle leader, he left the profession in 2018 to train at Identity School of Acting and Maktub Theatre Company to pursue life as a full time artist.

He made his West End debut in February of 2020 in The Book of Mormon (West End) and released a chapter in a book about fatherhood (DAD) in June of 2021. He is also a blogger who is no stranger to telling real, authentic stories of a personal nature.

Cal-I has a wide range of experience in voiceover, live performance and storytelling. He also has extensive experience working in a studio setting as a singer-songwriter and vocalist. He enjoys using his warm, natural and versatile vocal tone and skills to communicate with clarity, meaning and sincerity.
